This research is motivated by the importance of students' problem solving skills, but based on the results of literature studies and preliminary studies show that the problem solving skills of high school students, especially in physics subjects, are still low. This study aims (1) to describe the implementation of the Problem Solving learning model assisted by PhET Simulation, (2) to determine the improvement of students' problem solving skills after applying the Problem Solving learning model assisted by PhET Simulation, (3) to obtain an overview of student responses to the Problem Solving learning model assisted by PhET Simulation. The research method used is Pre-Experimental method with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The research sample involved in this study amounted to 33 grade XI students from one of the State High Schools in Serang Regency. The research instrument for problem solving ability on dynamic fluid material consists of a problem solving ability test instrument, LKPD, observation sheet for the implementation of the learning model, and a student response questionnaire to the application of the Problem Solving learning model assisted by PhET Simulation. The research data were analyzed using percentage calculations, hypothesis testing, and N-Gain. The percentage of the implementation of the Problem Solving learning model assisted by PhET Simulation has an average percentage of 87% and is included in the excellent category. Hypothesis testing of the Problem Solving learning model assisted by PhET Simulation using non- parametric tests where there are differences in problem solving skills after being treated in the form of applying the Problem Solving learning model assisted by PhET Simulation on dynamic fluid material with an N-Gain increase of 0.53 and included in the moderate category. The percentage of student responses to the Problem Solving learning model assisted by PhET Simulation has an average percentage of 72.9% and is included in the positive category. This study concludes that the application of the Problem Solving learning model assisted by PhET Simulation can improve the problem solving skills of high school students on dynamic fluid material.
